After 15 years of helming world-class kitchens and acting as the visionary opening chef for heavy hitters like Le Supreme and Casa Pernoi, Logan took a leap into the unknown. His recent trek through the bustling food stalls of Thailand and Southeast Asia served as a sensory reset, infusing his classic foundation with bold, global soul. Now, Logan is bringing that fire to Host, where his deep Michigan roots meet a world of new inspiration. He will take us on a regional journey through Thailand, tweaking his menu each month he is with us!
