Chef Sedlon has been a part of the restaurant world for over 15 years. He has “sunken his teeth” in the food of many notable chefs from critically acclaimed establishments throughout the Midwest, such has Oak & Reel. Chef Nick has found comfort here in Greater Detroit for the entirety of his career. He looks forward to showcasing his skillset at Host!
Chef Robb is a Michigan native with 15 years of experience in the culinary & hospitality industry. He has worked for some of the best chefs in both Michigan and Portland, Oregon. He was the opening chef for multiple Metro Detroit restaurants, such as, Casa Pernoi and Le Supreme. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling to new countries.
