Nora’s Famous is Mark Camaj’s upcoming project. It’s a nod to old school red sauce joints you’d find on Arthur Avenue in the Bronx N.Y. AKA the real Little Italy.

Mark Camaj is a first generation Albanian-American, born and raised on the Eastside (Hamtramck/Sterling Heights). He also lived in the Bronx (which he considers his second home) working for James Beard Award winning Chefs Andrew Carmellini and Marco Canora in NYC. He moved back to help his old high school friend Chef Anthony Lombardo formulate and launch Shewolf Pastificio, as the opening Chef De Cuisine. Under his helm, Shewolf earned Hour Magazine 2020 Restaurant of the Year honors, also garnering National press attention and accolades.

Italian-American food has always been a big part of his and his family’s life, and he looks forward to sharing his vision and love for it with you.
