Born in fire and brimstone, this A2 hailing chef has a long history of tantalizing palates along his culinary tales from Rhode Island on down to Latin America. Establishing his culinary presence in Kerrytown at Loomi Cafe, Chef Andrew Stevick takes to Host for a January and February residency. Known for breaking hearts and dressing a salad like the devil himself, Chef Stevick is ready to make your tastebuds dance. Raised on the foods his immigrant mother cooked for the family, his dishes are traditionally inspired with an inventive twist.

Pastries by Romena
My name is Romena and I am a pastry chef and mother with a passion for baking. My journey with baking began over a decade ago when I started baking for friends and family. I realized my love for pastries and graduated as a Pastry Chef in 2016. After years of refining my skills and improving techniques, I now specialize in custom cakes and decorative business logo cookies. My specialties also include cheesecakes, tortes, and mousse cakes. I also use my pastries to make an impact by organizing a bake sale each September to raise money for childhood cancer research in honor of my brave son, Leonardo, who battled and beat brain cancer twice. My dream has always been to own my own bakery and I’m beyond excited to continue with my journey!
Jake is a restaurant veteran (and a veteran of the USMC) from the Detroit scene. He loves to draw inspiration from the cuisine and culture of both Japan and New Orleans. Currently a student of interior design.
