Chef Dolich has been a part of the restaurant world for over 15 years. He has “sunken his teeth” in the food of many notable chefs from critically acclaimed establishments throughout the Midwest, such has SheWolf.
Chef Michael has found comfort here in Greater Detroit for the entirety of his career. He looks forward to showcasing his expertise in modern Italian cuisine at Host for the month of April.

Jake is a restaurant veteran (and a veteran of the USMC) from the Detroit scene. He loves to draw inspiration from the cuisine and culture of both Japan and New Orleans. Currently a student of interior design.
